Gold Service Plan

This premier package offers your company increased support.

Plan includes:
  • Telephone Support: Gold Service Plan customers have unlimited number of cases per month. Customer Assistance will aim to respond within one business day.

  • Email support: You may submit an unlimited number of cases per month. Customer Assistance aims to respond to all Gold Service Plan cases within one business day.

  • Hours of Support: Gold Service Plan support is available Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, excluding holidays.

Silver Service Plan

This standard package offers your company increased support.

Plan includes:
  • Telephone Support: Silver Service Plan customers have up to five cases per month. Customer Assistance will aim to respond within two business days.

  • Email Support: You may submit a maximum of five cases per month. Customer Assistance aims to respond to all Silver Service Plan cases within two business days.

  • Hours of Support: Silver Service Plan support is available Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm EST, excluding holidays.

Bronze Service Plan

This basic package is included with the purchase of a Contractsonline® Basic, Manager and Executive packages.

Plan includes:
  • Email Support: You may submit a maximum of three cases per month. Customer Assistance aims to respond to all Bronze Service Plan cases within two business days.

  • Hours of Support: Bronze Service Plan support is available Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm EST, excluding holidays.
